My journey so far...


Five years ago, you could say my health was a little out of whack. I started each morning with a cigarette (or five), and from there I ate a steady “vegetarian” diet of refined carbs, dairy and processed sugar, all washed down by diet soda. I barely even looked at a vegetable — let alone ate one. My exercise routine was a whole lot of nothing, coupled with a whole lot of sitting at my desk. I worked too much, played too little, and had zero spiritual or mindfulness practices to elevate my soul. Not surprisingly, I was 40 pounds heavier than I am now, and I regularly struggled with bouts of anxiety, depression and insomnia.

I felt listless. Uninspired. Unmotivated. Alone.


At my lowest point, there was only one major change that seemed feasible: quitting smoking. And ever since I put out that final cigarette back in 2013, I’ve been on a radical health journey that has completely transformed my life.

Over time, small changes have led to huge gains. Since then, I’ve shed the extra weight, quit the corporate 9-5 lifestyle to work from home, traveled to numerous jaw-dropping destinations and become certified as a yoga instructor… and I’m just getting started!

Each day I’m discovering more and more juicy tidbits about holistic health and wellness, and now I'm eager to share. If you’d like to follow my journey, I'm happy to divulge the little tips and tricks I learn along the way.
